“THE ATLANTIS GENE is a thought-provoking technothriller about global genetic experiments, ancient conspiracies, and the mysteries of human evolution. Its complex characters and historical and scientific details will stay with you long after you finish. This fast-paced adventure is the first book in A.G. Riddle’s Origin Mystery Series (now in development at CBS Films to be a major motion picture).” – Amazon.com
This book was slightly unorganized and confusing at points, but had AMAZING content! There was a lot of action, and it kept me reading, often late into the night. If I had to give it a rating, this book would get 4/5 stars.
I’m including this in my list of must reads, and urge people to overlook the parts which can seem confusing and slightly jumbled. I think there was just so much going on at one point it was easy to get lost. I promise though, he digs you right back out of that word jungle and leaves you ready for the next book. I do have to admire A.G. Riddle’s creativity in merging so many genres, including historical fiction, science fiction, a love story that develops over time, in addition to being a ‘technothriller’.
This is the first book in the series, and though its $3.99 on amazon, I used my prime membership to get it as my free book for the month. I will most definitely be buying and reading the next few books to see what happens!
